My Story

I’ve spent over two decades helping people find clarity in chaos—from managing inboxes and investor updates to guiding children through their first breakthroughs. I’ve coached burnt out CEOs who didn’t know how to ask for help. Built systems that sold companies. Trained teams, led departments, and held space for transformation in classrooms, boardrooms, and businesses across industries.

I know the hustle well.  

Through all this I fostered my witchy side, although at first I didn't know that's what it was. I'm certified in Human Design, I've taught yoga, I have a sacred practice that feeds my soul AND it follows the wheel of the year.  

I’m also a wife to a brilliant executive and a mother to two high-performing (now adult) kids. Our household runs on rhythm, not rigidity—because I’ve learned that alignment isn’t just for work. It’s for life. It’s for dinner tables, carpools, deep conversations, and the quiet moments in between.

AND That feels like ALL heart.
