Book a 30 minute free session
During this connection call, we will determine alignment and explore the possibilities of working together.
Be prepared to share your current challenges and desired outcomes for the coaching sessions.

Receive your curated proposal
Within a few days of our session, I will send you a curated proposal based on our connection call.
This proposal will outline the desired coaching engagement outcomes, number of sessions, an estimated timeline, cost and payment options.
Once accepted we will begin to book sessions.

Diving In
During our ongoing 1:1 coaching sessions, we will work through a proven process of unearthing your wishes, possible outcomes, exploring obstacles and creating plans, with time for integration in between each session.
Sessions may build on each other toward one overarching goal/desire

Integration + Feedback
With accountability and newfound clarity, you will begin to implement discoveries from our coaching sessions in your life, witnessing changes like ripples on the water.
You will develop deeper self awareness throughout this process, likely receiving feedback from others as you move down the path of integration.
