Each season, you’ll be held in a rhythm of support and inspiration:

Bi-weekly group coaching calls on Zoom - Deep, transformative conversations with your Nourish circle and coach. This is hot-seat coaching with a twist.
Monthly Q+A / Zoom Office Hours - Bring your questions, blocks, and breakthroughs - we’ll work through them together.
Monthly Done & Dusted Time - A zoom based co-working session designed with accountability + focus in mind. Come prepared to get things done (with soul). This is time to get things done! Passport application? Content plan? Get it done and dusted!
Quarterly Workshop - A seasonal deep dive to align your energy and intentions. Held via zoom, 2026 themes include time management, boundaries, energy management and perfection.
Seasonal Book Study (2x/year) - Thoughtful reads, rich discussions, and soulful integration. Titles are TBD, meetings via zoom.
Group Chat Access - to stay connected to other members for the duration of your membership
